How does the Nug Club work?
You receive one point for every pre-tax dollar you spend at any participating Garden Catering. When you reach 80 points we’ll put $8 in your account that can be used towards any Garden Catering purchase. Points will be rounded to the nearest dollar.
How do I become a member?
Joining is easy, you can download The Garden Catering mobile app (App Store or Google Play)
I’ve downloaded the app but I can’t remember my username or password, what do I do?
If you have previously registered, you can select "Forgot Password" on the Login page
How many points do I need to get a reward?
Once you receive 80 points you will get $8 to spend
Do I get points when I purchase a gift card or place a catering order?
Unfortunately, no. But that doesn’t mean that we don’t really, really like you.
Can I use multiple awards, such as a $8 reward, a free special code and a free cones code, in the same visit?
Guests can redeem only one discount code per visit but earned loyalty credit will also be automatically applied toward a check after the promotion. Plus you will accrue points on any cash you spend.
If I reach the 80 point threshold in a visit, can I use my $8 in that same visit?
You can use your $8 on your next visit
Can I share my account with other people?
The Nug Club was created as a means to reward our loyal customers and is not intended for one account to be shared across multiple people.
It looks like 80 points were deducted from my account for no reason—why is that?
Don’t worry—you haven’t lost your points. Those points were converted into $8
How do I redeem a $8 reward once I have earned it?
Lucky you, you don't have to do anything! The credit is automatically applied to your next order.
How do I redeem codes for freebies or other fun gifts?
1 - Go to the app or online ordering in our website
2 - add the gift to your cart
3 - click on rewards
4 - click on the freebie
5 - ENJOY
Will I be inundated with emails once I register?
No, but you will automatically be signed up e-mails about Garden Catering specials and deals. And yes, you can opt out any time.
